Like many Canadians, I am the child of immigrants. I understand the struggles and difficulties associated with moving, whether it is on your own or with your family, to a new country. It is part of who I am. The truth is that immigration, refugee, and citizenship law is complex. There is a great deal to know about applying for refugee status, applying for a visitor, study, or work visa or trying to sponsor a loved one to join you here in Canada. I understand these matters from a unique and personal perspective.  I practice exclusively in the immigration and refugee law field to focus on the changes and shifts in immigration and citizenship laws and policies, to serve my clients in the best way possible. I head a small, dedicated team of professionals who aim to serve our clients in the most professional and responsible manner. This is not only a promise but a professional obligation which we all take very seriously. My experience in dealing with  all types of immigration, refugee and citizenship matters, and my dedication and compassion, has helped my clients achieve their immigration goals.

LEGAL ASSISTANT / OFFICE MANAGER

Sadia Nasir is my Legal Assistant and the Office Manager at the Law Offices of 41 Madison Law. She has been working with us since 2016 and has a great deal of experience with clients from all over the world. Sadia meets with clients, helps clients to properly complete applications and forms, and ensures that the office runs smoothly and professionally. Sadia speaks 4 languages but most importantly, Sadia is skilled, compassionate, and caring, and works with me to ensure that we give you the best chance possible of success with your immigration, refugee or citizenship matter.
